Every athlete who has ever played for a coach worth their salt has heard that question…many, may times!

NOTE: These videos are intense but the message is entirely positive.

The message you will hear and see is the kind of message I convey to my 1-on-1 clients…the athletes I am able to train personally…every day.

Every athlete has got to feel this kind of urgency at the core of their being!

But winning is also painful!

And how you must train, day in and day out to be a winner will carry over into every other aspect of your life!

No matter the obstacle, you will learn how to go beyond comfort in order to compete at a level most people simply will not and cannot!

Beginning in July, we will talk about workouts to get you ready for the fall season.

But you have to ask yourself if you are ready.

Because you will hate it.

And love it.

Or, at the very least, love what it does for you!

You are no longer just another athlete!

You have reached deeper and accomplished more than most athletes are willing to commit to…ever…simply by being here and taking this first (or next) step.

If you stay with it, regardless of how things progress initially, and regardless of the path you ultimately travel, and regardless of the sport you end up focusing on, you will be a champion.
